3.3V VCXO

Low Voltage for PLL Applications

Costa Mesa, CA -- Ecliptek Corporation announces the new EC32 series of low voltage VCXOs. With a supply voltage requirement of 3.3V and frequency stability as low as ±20ppm, these devices offer not only low power consumption but also remarkably accurate performance. The EC32 series suits phase-lock loop applications for telecommunications, microwave, radio, video decoders, cable modems, set-top boxes, wireless transceivers and digital subscriber devices for ADSL and HDSL.

The EC32 VCXO provides HCMOS/TTL output in frequencies ranging from 1.000 to 40.000MHz. Device options include ±20, ±25, ±50 or ±100ppm stability, tight duty-cycle and extended temperature range. This VCXO is housed in either a 14-pin or 8-pin DIP resistance welded metal package and is available in as little as 4-6 weeks.
