EB71F51 and EB72F51 Series Oven Controlled Crystal Oscillators

Available in a miniature 14 pin DIP package, these series are loaded with features including 5V (EB71F51) and 3.3V (EB72F51) supply voltage, HCMOS output, stabilities to ±100ppb, temperature ranges to -20°C to +70°C, and optional external control voltage. Value-added options such as custom lead lengths and gull wing are also available. The EB71F51 and EB72F51 series are ideal for Stratum III, instrumentation, telephone switching, wireless, cellular base stations or any application where tight frequency stability is required.
